2006 Annual Report
Dear Shareholder,
I take great pleasure in addressing you, at the end of 2006, an exceptional business year for TIS. The year was one of intense activity, during which TIS successfully completed its 2004-2006 strategic plan, achieving the ambitious goals that were set and maintained, unchanged throughout the period.
2006 marked the end of the three-year strategic plan that we executed at the beginning of 2004 following the board's approval. We followed that plan over the past three years and it served to measure our successes. Over these three years, we have managed to double our revenues, grow organically and cross the $20M revenues mark, whilst keeping our profitability in each and every quarter.
TIS has become a provider of superior business solutions, comprised of cutting-edge technology along with dedicated professional services. More than 40% of 2006 revenues were generated from these professional services.
After three years of rapid growth I feel that we have laid a solid infrastructure which will allow us to continue developing the company. In 2007 we aim to capitalise on the Company’s strength, expertise and product base, and continue the growth trend in all indexes.
Main Highlights:
- Revenues totalling $20.22 million, up by 20% compared to the previous year
- Automated mailroom classification positioned TIS as a technological leader
- Development of eFLOW Version 4 is almost complete, based mainly on customers requests
- Capital raise of additional $13.5M in a convertible debentures in Israel
