Top Image Systems Ltd. Signed Contract Valued at Several Hundred Thousand Dollars to Expand its Enterprise Capture Implementation at the Czech Post

(NASDAQ: TISA), a leading ECM (Enterprise Content Management) intelligent content capture and delivery solutions provider, announced today that the Company reached an agreement with Czech Post to significantly expand their eFLOW® implementation, a deal worth several hundred thousand dollars. The enhanced eFLOW solution processes 500,000 payment orders per day and provides a flexible platform for future postal, mailroom, invoice processing and advanced capture and workflow projects to be deployed across Czech Post’s seven regional processing centers.Combining a long history with a modern and innovative new corporate identity, Czech Post, the largest postal services provider in the Czech Republic, employs eFLOW to process postal payment orders containing hand-written and machine print alphanumeric characters. Selected for its high recognition and throughput rates as well as for its easy solution for special Czech characters, eFLOW performed excellently in various quality tests and has demonstrated to the customer during production its capacity for high speed character reading and reliable recognition results.
Top Image Systems carried out the extension project with its partner scanservice a.s., the Czech and Slovak distributor and system integrator with whom the original Czech Post solution on the eFLOW platform was developed. scanservice also redesigned the Post’s payment order forms in order to utilize the system more efficiently. ”We are enthusiastic about the future implications of this project at Czech Post,” commented Iva Steinerova, Professional Services Director, scanservice a.s. ”The customer highly appreciates that the expansion has been carried out in the planned timescale.
