  • SOC (Service Operations Center) Manager - Plano, Texas - United States

    We are looking for a strong manager that is customer-service-oriented toward both internal and external clients.

    What we need you to do:

    • Improve customer service experience by analyzing current processes and techniques to ensure the best outcomes
    • Take ultimate ownership of client issues and ensure that problems are being resolved by the team
    • Track, analyze and report on SLA metrics to upper management as required by contractual obligations
    • Recruit, mentor and develop SOC Team, which includes responsibility for performance evaluations, counseling, training and scheduling
    • Review and analyze past and current trouble tickets to ensure they have been resolved to the clients’ expectations
    • Develop and document support procedures
    • Provide management with requested reports as needed
    • Supervise a 24x7x365 shift and personnel that monitors, troubleshoots and coordinates repairs of service-impacting issues
    • Serve as the service desk escalation support to customers and application owners

    What you need to be successful:

    • 5-7 years’ Customer Service Management experience
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft OS and MS Office
    • Familiarity with Nagios or other enterprise network monitoring application a plus
    • Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems. including Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008/20012, highly desired
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • A professional attitude and courteous manner toward clients, partners and staff

  • SOC (Service Operations Center) Technician - Plano, TX - United States

    Are you customer service oriented?  Do you enjoy working with remote clients to solve Tier 1 Technical issues?  The SOC Tech will utilize their customer service skills to investigate, monitor and resolve problems as the first line of technical support for clients in a 24X7X365 Service Operation Center environment.

    Available Positions:     

    Set Shift:   WEDNESDAY – FRIDAY – 8AM – 5PM (IN OFFICE) AND SATURDAY/SUNDAY – 6AM – 2PM (REMOTELY)

    Floating Role:     ABILITY TO FILL IN FOR OTHER TEAM MEMBERS. USUALLY 16-24 HOURS MONDAY – FRIDAY,
    8-16 HOURS OVER THE WEEKEND, AS NEEDED. THIS IS INTENDED TO BE A FULL TIME POSITION.

    What are the job duties?

    • Answer incoming calls and emails regarding all service issues and initiate trouble tickets accordingly in a 24X7X365 SOC environment
    • Perform initial investigation and/or troubleshooting of system and network issues to determine root cause.
    • Provide basic application and desktop troubleshooting and support per documented procedures as the first level escalation point for all customer issues
    • Make device configuration changes, perform patching and address import issues/changes as required
    • Thoroughly document steps taken to resolve incidents in ticketing system
    • Manage monitoring applications (Sensu and Nagios) and ticket queue to ensure service availability and performance by acting on alerts within allotted timeframes
    • Provide customer with ticket status updates and complete customer callbacks when issues have been resolved.
    • Manage trouble tickets thru resolution and provide notifications internally as well as externally as required to ensure resolution in accordance with service level agreements
    • Notify Management when SLAs are nearing violation terms or have been missed
    • Develop and document support procedures as well as assist in training new SOC staff

    What you need to be successful:

    • 2-3 years’ experience in Help Desk support or Customer Service support role
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft OS and MS Office
    • Familiarity with Nagios or other enterprise network monitoring applications, a plus
    • Experience in troubleshooting Windows operating systems including Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008/20012 highly desired
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    We are looking for a strong individual contributor that can successfully manage the compliance process for the US entity while being the liaison for other compliance analysts on a Global scale.

    What we need you to do:

    • Develop, coordinate and oversee internal and external compliance review processes
    • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and federal, state and local government regulations
    • Develop, maintain and communicate privacy and security policies and best practices including compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
    • Implement a record of processing activities relating to personal data, including data transfers of employee and customer data
    • Develop and maintain data privacy breach response plan
    • Develop, coordinate and oversee internal change control processes
    • Develop and maintain compliance annuals along with communicating new regulations and legislation to the business units
    • Identify and address existing deficiencies within the business units and provide assistance to correct and implement controls and changes to policies and procedures
    • Perform research and analysis concerning potential legal compliance issues
    • Prioritize compliance improvement requirements based on severity levels
    • Ensure vendors are in compliance with Company and client standards
    • Assist with the preparation and completion of regulatory and audit documents
    • Participate in audits, both internal and external, as required
    • Prepare status reports and manage updates on status remediation
    • Assist in developing compliance training materials, administer required compliance training, and track participation

     
    What you need to be successful:

    • 5+ years information security compliance experience
    • In-depth knowledge of HIPAA and PCI Regulations, general understanding of GDPR, a plus
    • General understanding of government laws, industry standards and best practices surrounding securing electronic data in a SaaS environment
    • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
    • Working knowledge of IT auditing and compliance practices
    • CISA, CISSP, or CISM, CIPP Certification, a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal skills

    The Implementation Project Manager will have responsibility for supporting large-scale deployments and enhancements for US Clients. This will include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects.

    What are the job duties?

    • Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services to US customers
    • Manages the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client

    What you need to be successful:

    • 4 plus years of experience in Project Management or similar experience
    • Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or technical school) preferred with the field of study in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
    • Working knowledge of .Net framework and Windows operating systems
    • Proficient understanding of technical terminology, network architecture, and business application systems
