Mr. Brendan F. Reidy was appointed CEO of Top Image Systems in August 2016. Prior to joining Top Image Systems, Mr. Reidy served as the President, COO and CTO of XRS Corporation and before that held the position of Chairman, CEO and President of Clarus Systems. In parallel Mr. Reidy served as a board member of eGistics for ten years prior to its acquisition by Top Image Systems.
As a Venture Partner at Trident Capital, Inc. Mr. Reidy served on the boards of and held full-time positions with Trident portfolio companies. Before that he held numerous senior executive positions in the telecommunications industry, including a variety of senior executive positions at Qwest Communications International/US WEST. Prior to his service at United States WEST, Mr. Reidy served in senior management positions at Litton Integrated Automation, at the Bank of Oklahoma and at Software Alliance Corporation and served as a director for several other companies. Mr. Reidy holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Stanford University.
Acting Chief Financial Officer

As Acting Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Barton is responsible for leading the company’s global finance organization. Having joined Top Image Systems in 2015, Ms. Barton previously served as the Company’s VP Finance in our US headquarters. Ms. Barton has more than 30 years of experience with leading finance organizations at companies such as Pulte Homes, Fannie Mae and Inland Investments. She is a seasoned finance executive with broad experience in strategic management and finance, as well as in SEC reporting and risk management.
Ms. Barton previously served eight years with KPMG and is a licensed CPA. Ms. Barton earned a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington College of Business.

Mr. McCaffrey is a cross-functional executive with deep experience driving growth businesses in the enterprise technology sector. He has a proven track record, having been a part of three successful “exits” since 2000, including Virtustream’s $1.2B acquisition by EMC in 2015. He has consistently delivered results in senior leadership roles including as Advisory Consulting / Professional Services, Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Major Account Management and Strategic Partnerships. In addition to Virtustream, Mr. McCaffrey served on the leadership team of Clarus Systems (sold to OPNET, now Riverbed) and Adjoined Consulting (sold to Kanbay, now Capgemini). Mr. McCaffrey started his career in the telecom industry at US WEST (now CenturyLink). He holds an M.S. from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an M.A. from Boston University and a B.S. in Engineering from Princeton University. He also serves as a U.S. Air Force veteran, having attained the rank of Captain.

As Senior Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Arvind Sharma is responsible for our global engineering efforts. Additionally, he serves as our Chief Information Security Officer.
Arvind brings over 25 years of experience in the software industry, developing products in various fields such as mobile technologies, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. He has led cross-functional teams to success by implementing new processes, innovative automation techniques and Agile/SCRUM methodologies. With in-depth knowledge of cyber security, Arvind’s expertise includes compliance, regulations, data breaches and protection strategies.
Arvind’s past experience includes working at companies such as AT&T Bell Labs, Motorola and Yahoo!, as well as multiple startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. More recently, he led the engineering efforts for a cybersecurity firm and has managed global teams in the US, China, Canada, Mexico, India and Spain.
Arvind brings to TIS his passion for building high-caliber engineering teams that develop platforms in Public/Private Cloud, SaaS Products, Big Data, Web APIs, Mobile and Web Applications. Arvind holds a degree in Physics and Computer Science from University of Bombay, India.

Upon its acquisition of eGistics, TIS appointed Amer Khan to serve as CTO for TIS Americas. Having joined eGistics in 2006, Khan last served as CTO and SVP of Product Management, before which he spent over 20 years in IT consulting and development for major service providers and technology consulting companies including Bearing Point and Perot, where he consulted to healthcare providers.

Oren Ilan is VP of Professional Services for the TIS MEA region, leading the delivery of projects in the Middle East & Africa. With a focus on profitability and high customer satisfaction, Mr. Ilan was recently appointed as Site Manager of the TIS headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Ilan has dedicated 20 years of service to TIS in various positions. He brings a passion for technology and people to his work, striving to maximize the potential of both employees and customer environments at every opportunity.
In 2014, Mr. Ilan was relocated to the US to manage the Professional Services group for 3+ years. Prior to that, he managed R&D and QA; he oversaw the creation of a new, game-changing customer support system; and he built successful support and implementation teams in two countries.
During 2004-2008, Mr. Ilan helped establish the TIS Tokyo office.
He has also managed TIS’s Global Professional Services Team, delivering 30 eFLOW projects in 8 years and in 30 countries.
Prior to joining TIS, Mr. Ilan established the Grinberg Method franchise for holistic training in Israel. He also served as a Lieutenant in the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), where he commanded on a small military base and later managed a technical department.

Andrew Pery, a results-oriented marketing executive with over 25 years of experience in the high technology sector, joined TIS in August 2015 as CMO. Pery brings to TIS vast industry experience managing global marketing teams as Chief Marketing Officer for Hummingbird (now Open Text) and Kofax (now Lexmark), with a focus on document process automation and enterprise content management solutions. Most recently Pery held the role of CMO at ReadSoft, where he led a global marketing initiative to drive continuous improvements to demand generation activities with increased emphasis on digital content and social media marketing investments that have resulted in increased marketing program effectiveness and efficiency.
Pery holds a Masters of Law degree with Distinction from Northwestern University, Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in History and Political Science from Loyola, Montreal. Pery holds the designation of Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/C) as well of Certified Information Professional (CIP/AIIM).

Alex Toh joined TIS as Managing Director for Asia Pacific upon TIS’ acquisition of Asiasoft Global, a document management ISV that he founded and managed. Toh manages the P&L and operations for TIS APACJ, whose clientele includes global banks, financial institutions, governments and MNCs. Toh also serves as President of the Mobile Alliance Singapore and on the Executive Council of Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (SITF). Toh holds a degree from the National University of Singapore School of Computing.

Upon joining TIS in 2007, Richards filled sales and business development roles, served as MD TIS UK and was appointed MD EMEA in 2013. With rich experience in the data capture and document management industry since 1989, Richards has brought TIS new business partnerships and won major projects in Central Government, Insurance and Retail. Before that he held posts in the UK MOD and at IBM.

Ricardo Campelo joined TIS in 2004 as Sales Director for the America’s Division. Since then Mr. Campelo has been managing marketing programs, sales, strategic alliances and distribution channels in the region, achieving outstanding results, contributing to TIS’ growth and success. Mr. Campelo brings to TIS solid international business experience of over 15 years selling Document Management and ECM solutions in Latin American and US along with a global business perspective, experience in major turnaround efforts and strong knowledge, view and understanding of current trends in IT. Prior to joining TIS, Ricardo Campelo served for 7 years as Marketing & Sales Director at Unisys Corporation, Latin America and Caribbean Division, where he was responsible for direct selling, managing and expanding alliances and channels with 3rd parties and local distributors in the region. Mr. Campelo holds a B. Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from the Rio de Janeiro University and an International Business MBA (TBC) from Lynn University, Boca Raton – FL.

Prior to joining TIS in 2015, Kon-Loya held numerous positions during her 8-year-tenure at KPMG Israel, including HR Manager for the Advisory Branch, Head of Compensation, Benefit and Labor Relations and Head of Global Mobility. Kon-Loya was a Lieutenant in the Israel Defense Force’s HR Branch, were she held a leading role in the creation, assimilation and implementation of new strategies for screening IDF’s candidates. Kon-Loya holds a B.A. in Political Science and Communication and a M.A. in Labor Studies from Tel-Aviv University.

Having joined TIS in November 2015, Schachle manages product strategy and product release for solutions focused on Financial Process Automation. This includes the eFLOW AP solution for SAP and for cloud. Passionate about the user experience and delivering great software, Schachle works to communicate market needs and requirements to the TIS R&D teams and at the same time to communicate product values and features to the market at user conferences and trade events.
Prior to joining TIS, Schachle worked in the CTO Office and Product Management for ReadSoft, focused on the development and delivery of Financial Process Automation for SAP and cloud solutions. Schachle holds a B.F.A. degree from the Ohio University.

Having joined Top Image Systems as a part of the Company’s acquisition of Capture Projects in 2007, over the years Walker has filled roles in both business development and project delivery. Initially serving as Technical Director both for the UK and also for the wider EMEA region, Walker recently joined the Product Management team to take responsibility for the eFLOW platform, eFLOW Extract and mobiFLOW products.
Prior to Capture Projects, Walker held a technical consulting position in the ECM space at an IT systems firm and before that held a business analyst position at a leading UK bank.
