Asi Karfiol was elected to serve as an external director of TIS for the second time in November 2010. Mr. Karfiol has been active in the field of venture capital and investment banking for more than 15 years in which he incorporates his financial education and expertise together with his technological and marketing education and expertise.
Mr. Karfiol is a Partner and an Executive Director in Mooreland Partners, a global technology focused investment banking firm based in Greenwich Connecticut, with offices in New York, the Silicon Valley and London. Prior to that, Mr. Karfiol served as General Partner at Hyperion Israel Venture Partners for seven years. From 1995 through 2001, Mr. Karfiol served as Vice President at Ascend Venture Capital, an Israeli venture capital fund and at ITI – Integrated Technologies of Israel, an American-Israeli investment company. Prior to that, Mr. Karfiol served as Marketing Manager for the Keter Plastic Group and as General Manager of a strategic international marketing consulting firm for leading Israeli corporations.
Mr. Karfiol holds a B.Sc. (summa cum laude) in Electrical Engineering and an MBA (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University.

Don Dixon is a Managing Director of Trident Capital and co-founded the firm in 1993. At Trident, he focuses on investments in IT Security, Business Services, Financial Payments, and Enterprise Software. He brings his expertise, experience and network to each of his portfolio companies and has helped many to become industry leaders, including Qualys, Merchant e-Solutions, Bytemobile and CSG Systems.
Currently, in addition to TIS, Don serves as a director of 2Checkout, AccountNow, Advanced Payment Solutions, Amprius, Infotrieve, Neohapsis, Odyssey Logistics, Qualys (QLYS), RoyaltyShare, SivaPower, Tiandi Energy, Top Image Systems and XRS Corporation (XRSC). He is also on the investment committee of Mustang Ventures, an affiliated China fund of Trident Capital Fund VI. Recently, AlwaysOn recognized Don’s investment success on its “Venture Capital 100” list. Don’s past directorships include Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), Anasazi Inc. (acquired by Pegasus Solutions), Bank of America Merchant Services (BPI), BlueStar Solutions (acquired by ACS), ByteMobile (acquired by Citrix), CSG Systems (CSGS), eGistics (acquired by Top Image Systems), Epicor Software Corporation (EPIC), Epoch Partners (acquired by Goldman Sachs), Evolving Systems (EVOL), InfoUSA (IUSA), Merchant e-Solutions (acquired by Cielo), Pegasus Systems (PEGS), Signio (acquired by Verisign), Sygate Technologies (acquired by Symantec) and Unison Software (acquired by IBM).
In addition to his board work for Trident, Don is Co-Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Princeton University School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Harvard Kennedy School Center for Public Leadership. From 1988 to 1993, Don was Co-President of Partech International, a private equity fund associated with Banque Paribas. Prior to Partech, he was a Managing Director of Alex. Brown & Sons. Earlier in his career, Don was a Vice President of Morgan Stanley & Co. and a Senior Account Officer at Citibank, N.A.
Raised in New Jersey, Don earned his B.S.E. from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Outside of Trident, he enjoys skiing, golf, traveling with his family and supporting the United States Marine Corps.

Prior to founding Hale Capital Partners in 2007, Mr. Hale was a founding member of Pequot Ventures (now known as FirstMark Capital) where he served as a member of the General Partner. From 2002 to 2007, Martin was a Managing Director and a Member of the Operating & Investment Committees helping to lead 7 funds with approximately $2.2 billion under management. Prior investments included Cobalt Networks (IPO, sold to Sun Microsystems for $2 billion), Flarion Technologies (sold to Qualcomm for $850 million), Celiant Corporation (sold to Andrew Corp. for more than $500 million) and Analex Corporation (sold to QinetiQ for $188 million). Prior to Pequot Ventures Martin was an Associate at Geocapital Partners and an Analyst at Broadview International. He received his B.A. cum laude from Yale University.

Dr. Schechter has been with the company since 1996 and served as the Company’s CEO from January 2002 through 2013. Prior to that, Dr. Schechter served as the Company’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing from August 1996. From January 1995 until August 1996, Dr. Schechter served as General Manager of Super Image, an affiliate of the Company; which operates a form processing service bureau. From August 1993 to December 1994, Dr. Schechter oversaw the start-up of automatic form processing services at Israel Credit Cards, Ltd. From 1991 to 1993, Dr. Schechter was a research scientist at the Horticultural Research Institute of Ontario, Canada.
Dr. Schechter is the recipient of eight Honors and Scholarships, has published or presented more than twenty-five articles and is a Captain in the Israeli Air Force. Dr. Schechter received his Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Plant Physiology from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada and his B.Sc. from the Hebrew University in Israel.

Izhak Nakar founded the Company and served as its Chairman of the Board and CEO from its inception until May 2001.
In the beginning of 2009, Izhak Nakar purchased most of the shareholdings of Charterhouse Group International and became the Active and Executive Chairman of the Board and major stakeholder in the Company.
In 1998, Mr. Nakar founded NIR4YOU Capital, a privately-held investment company specializing in early stage investments in high–tech companies. NIR4YOU Capital lists 14 companies in its portfolio including: ForesCout, e-mobilis, TopGuard, Matearis, Video Codes, SundaySky, Expression Ltd, Secur DI, MomSense and others. Three of the 14 companies were sold to large enterprises, including to SAP and Microsoft. In 2004 Mr. Nakar was elected as a board member of the Israel-Japan Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Nakar served in the Israel Air Force from 1970 to 1987; he reached the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. In the Air Force he led various large-scale technical development projects, including leading a development team that worked in cooperation with the U.S. Air Force.
He earned a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bar Ilan University in 1982, and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University in 1984. Mr. Nakar is a recipient of the “Israel Defense Award,” bestowed annually by the President of Israel, for the development of high-tech systems in the field of intelligence for the Israeli Defense Force. He also received the “Man of the Year Award” in Business and Management (‘95-’96) in recognition of his business accomplishments and contributions to the growth and development of Israeli high-tech companies.

Osnat Segev-Harel is serving as a director since 2012.
Since 2009, Mrs. Segev-Harel serves as the chief marketing officer in Sapiens International (NASDAQ: SPNS), where she leads corporate marketing and development in the global financial services markets. During her tenure, she took an active role in the 3 M&As that Sapiens has completed druning 2010-2011, and led the go to market strategy and corporate rebranding efforts. Prior to that, as of 2005 Mrs. Segev-Harel led the sales strategy & planning at Actimize Inc., the leader of financial sector risk and compliance software solutions, based in New York. Before Actimize, Mrs. Segev-Harel has spent ten years at IBM, holding roles of business development, VC Relations, Sales and Marketing, mainly focused on the financial services sector. Earlier she spent six years at Digital Equipment.
Mrs. Segev-harel holds a BSc from the University of New York and an MBA cum laude from Derby University.
